What is your refund policy? 

Refunds are only accepted up to 3 business days after the item has been received. Items must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Sale and custom items cannot be returned for refund. A 25% restock fee will be deducted from all returns.

Do you produce rushed orders? 

Yes, please contact me after placing your order. Please note that there will be a $30 rush order fee.

Which Payment Methods do you accept?

I accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express. 

How can I track my order? 

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully shipped. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging in to your account page. Once you login to your account using your email address and password, you will be able to view your Order History and view past orders and current orders that you have placed. 

 When will my order will shipped? 

Orders will be shipped 3-5 business days after payments have been received.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if your order has not been shipped you may cancel it. Please note that a 25% restock fee will be deducted from all cancelled orders.
